To address the challenges of traditional property transactions, we developed a scalable digital platform that simplifies how real estate opportunities are discovered and matched.
The system enables buyers to specify their desired property type, preferred location, floor level, and expected price, while sellers can list available properties with detailed information. The platform then intelligently connects both sides through a smart matching system.

One of the key innovations of the Amber House platform is its intelligent property matching algorithm. When a buyer’s expected price falls within a 10% range of a seller’s listing price, the system automatically identifies the opportunity as a potential match.
